What you'll need
- Paper
- A pencil
- An eraser
- Markers or crayons for colouring
Make it, step by step
Follow the pictures β one fold at a time.
- 1
Start with a big circle for the head and a little oval below for the snout. Draw lightly β these are just guide shapes we'll build the unicorn on.
- 2
Add two pointy ears, then the horn on top β a tall triangle with little stripes. The stripes are the magic touch that makes it a unicorn!
- 3
Give it a face: two big round eyes, a tiny smile, a little nose, and rosy cheeks. Big round eyes make it look sweet and friendly.
- 4
Draw a wavy, curly mane around the head and a little swirl on the forehead. Curls make the mane look soft and bouncy.
- 5
Add a rounded body, four short legs with little hooves, and a long curly tail. Keep the body nice and chunky so it looks cuddly.
- 6
Now colour it in! Try a pink-and-purple mane and tail, a gold horn, and pink cheeks. There's no wrong way β make it yours.
This unicorn starts with one soft circle and grows one friendly line at a time. Go slowly, copy the picture for each step, and remember: thereβs no wrong way β every unicorn is different.
βοΈ Before you start
Draw lightly with pencil first. Light lines are easy to erase if you change your mind, so you can fix a wobbly horn, move an ear, or make the tail curlier before you colour it in.
